Sherwood Learning Solutions was founded in 1992 by a team with a passion for learning and for serving clients.  Our focus continues to be on talent management and development that really make a difference to firms and their associates. 

With offices in the Hollywood Park complex in Fairfield, NJ, Sherwood is recognized as a leader in custom training and development in fields including financial services, technology products, pharmaceuticals, consumer products, and energy services and utilities. 

Sherwood’s staff includes the two founding partners who work with our client services directors, an executive search managing director and an operations team, along with consultants who design and deliver our workplace solutions.
