Initial Outreach
Sherwood Talent Solutions takes the time to understand the candidate’s experience, career objectives and compensation expectations. We maintain confidentiality of all of our candidate conversations. We present each position specification with candor and clarity, and listen attentively to the candidate’s concerns and questions.
Assessment Meeting
Initially, we conduct an in-depth phone interview to explore the alignment of a candidate’s background with client requirements. Our next step is scheduling a face-to-face interview to assess a candidate’s personal style and expectations, relevant experience, interpersonal skills and cultural fit. We provide honest and candid feedback as we determine the appropriateness of the specific opportunity and counsel candidates to research prospective firms to make informed career decisions.
Presentation to Client
Detailed candidate profiles are presented to the client with an emphasis on cultural fit and the alignment of each candidate’s skills to the client’s needs. We orchestrate interviews with candidates who are selected by the client and guide candidates to better understand the client’s expectations and preferences.
Feedback
We gather client feedback on the candidate’s strengths, alignment and fit, and we communicate with candidates in a timely manner.
Offer and Negotiation
We assist the client with selection of the final candidate and conduct in-depth reference checks. We also help to negotiate client and candidate reach agreement on terms and conditions of employment.
